Die Right Livelihood Award Foundation – (RLA) ist die schwedische Stiftung, die seit 1980 jedes Jahr den „Alternativen Nobelpreis“ an einige der wegweisendsten Vorbilder unserer Zeit vergibt. Sie zeichnet Menschen aus, die nicht nur davon reden, die Welt zum Guten zu Verändern und die globalen Probleme zu lösen – sondern es auch tun. Seit 2010 agiert das Youth Future Project als Jugendnetzwerk unter der Schirmherrschft des Right Livelihood Award. Die Youth Future Conferences sind einzigartige Höhepunkte dieser Zusammenarbeit.
DBU – die Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt ist eine der größten Stiftungen in Europa, die innovative und beispielhafte Projekte zum Umweltschutz fördert. In diesem Jahr ist sie zugleich der größte Förderpartner der Youth Future Conference 2013.
Stadt Bonn – Die Bundesstadt Bonn ist die ehemalige Deutsche Hauptstadt gelegen am Rhein und Sitz vieler Ministerien, Bundesbehördern, internationaler Organisationen und Unternehmen. Als international bekannter „Konferenzort der Nachhaltigkeit“ ist Bonn zum zweiten Mal Partner und Gastgeber einer Youth Future Conference.
Das Right Livelihood College (RLC) hat zum Ziel das Wissen und die Erfahrung der Preisträger international zu streuen, wissenschaftlich zu fundieren und die praktischen Projekte der Preisträger zu fördern. Das RLC fördert hierfür junge Nachwuchs-Wissenschaftler in der Forschung und Bildung und betreibt Öffentlichkeitsarbeit weltweit. Zweimal jährlich kommen rund 20 junge Doktoranden aus dem Netzwerk des Colleges zu einem Workshop nach Bonn um in einen Austausch mit den Preisträgern zu treten. Ein solcher Workshop findet in Verbindung mit der diesjährigen Youth Future Conference statt.
Seit 2012 ist das Youth Future Project offizieller Partner des Right Livelihood College. Das Zentrum für Entwicklungsforschung der Uni Bonn ist Heimat und Gastgeber des Right Livelihood College Campus. Hier finden die Workshops statt und von hieraus arbeiten einige der jungen Forscher und Wissenschaftler.
Ideen³ e.V.– Räume für Entwicklung ist der Bruderverein des Youth Future Project e.V. Als enge Partner gestalten wir Begegnungsräume, in denen soziale, ökologische, kulturelle und ökonomische Ideen für eine lebenswerte Zukunft erlebt und vernetzt werden können. So wird „nachhaltige Entwicklung“ lebendig!
Die Alanus Hochschule für Kunst und Gesellschaft ist eine staatlich anerkannte Kunsthochschule in freier Trägerschaft. Im Rahmen der ihr obliegenden Lehrerausbildung und anderer wissenschaftlicher Fächer nimmt sie darüber hinaus Aufgaben einer Universität wahr. Sie ist ein Ort der künstlerischen Bildung sowie der wissenschaftlichen Lehre und Forschung und ein ideeller Unterstützer der Youth Future Conference 2013.
Die Youth Future Conference wurde offiziell als Beitrag zur UN-Weltdekade „Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung“ ausgezeichnet.
„Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung vermittelt Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen nachhaltiges Denken und Handeln. Sie versetzt Menschen in die Lage, Entscheidungen für die Zukunft zu treffen und dabei abzuschätzen, wie sich das eigene Handeln auf künftige Generationen oder das Leben in anderen Weltregionen auswirkt.“

The Right Livelihood Award Foundation (RLA) is the Swedish foundation which annually gives the „alternative nobel“ to some of the biggest role models of our time. They honour people who do not only talk about changing the world to the good and solving the global crises – they honour people who actually do or did it! Since 2010 the Youth Future Project works as the youth network under the patronage of the RLA-Foundation. The Youth Future Conferences are unique highlights of this cooperation.
The Youth Future Conference has officially been awarded as a contribution project for the UN-World decade “Education for sustainable development”.

DBU – The Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) = German Environmental Foundation is one of Europe’s largest foundations and promotes innovative and exemplary environmental projects. This year it is the main-supporter of the Youth Future Conference 2013.
The City of Bonn – is the former capital of Germany. It is a beautiful city on the banks of the Rhine River and still an important center of many international NGO’s, Corporations and federal agencies and administrations. Well know as „the conference-city of sustainability“ it is co-host and partner of a Youth Future Conference for the second time.
The Right Livelihood College (RLC) is a global capacity building initiative of the Right Livelihood Award Foundation. RLC aims to harness and to internationally spread the knowledge and experience of the winners of the Right Livelihood Award. It does this through promotion of research, education, public understanding and practical activities worldwide. As one task RLC organises international conference for PhD-Students as the one that is held in close cooperation with this years Youth Future Conference.
The Centre for Development Research of the University is home of the RLC-Campus in Bonn and aims at finding solutions to development-related issues.
Ideas³ – „Ideas cubed -Rooms for development“ is the brother-association of the Youth Future Project. As close Partners we design meetings between people, in which social, ecological, cultural and economical ideas for a future worth living for can be created. That’s how sustainable development becomes real.
Alanus University is a state-approved private University of Arts and Social Sciences. It is a place of arts-based education and academic research. The University offers a wide range of courses covering both artistic and academic disciplines. As an ideational partner the Alanus University is supporting the Youth Future Conference 2013.
