Der Teilnehmerbeitrag beträgt:

Die Beiträge sind als Mindestbeiträge zu verstehen (siehe unten: Solidarität).
Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Konferenz mit der anschließenden Projektförderung ist nicht nur ein großer organisatorischer Aufwand, sondern auch mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Die Gesamtkosten des Projektes belaufen sich pro Teilnehmer auf über 1000€. Diese Summe setzt sich zusammen aus Kosten für die Jugendherberge, Preisträgern, Referenten, Fahrtkosten, Raummieten usw…
Mit der Hilfe unserer Partner, insbesondere der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt, ist es uns jedoch möglich über 80% der Gesamtkosten zu übernehmen. Dennoch sind wir auf den oben genannten Mindestbeitrag von 145 EUR bzw. 115 EUR für Early Bird Tickets angewiesen.
Early Bird Tickets können zwischen dem 1. und 31. Mai reserviert werden. Eine Bestätigung, ob die Anmeldung für ein Eraly Bird Ticket erfolgreich war, wird am 3. Juni gesendet werden. Dieser Zeitraum wird für europäische Teilnehmer außerhalb Deutschlands aus Gerechtigkeitsgründen gewährt.
Solidarität:
Mit einem höheren Teilnehmerbeitrag, als dem jeweils gültigen Mindestbeitrag, ermöglichst Du die Partizipation von Teilnehmern, die sonst nicht die Möglichkeit hätten die Konferenz zu besuchen. Hierfür haben wir einen Solidaritätstopf, in den der Betrag fließt, den Du über Deinen normalen Teilnehmerbetrag zahlst. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir mit Deiner Mithilfe eine möglichst diverse Konferenzgemeinschaft einladen können. Jeder Betrag hilft. Vielen Dank!

ab 1. August: Eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50 Euro fällt an.
ab 15. August: Der gesamte Betrag wird eingefordert.

Preparing and hosting the conference including the project caoching, doesn’t only causes a lot of volunteer-based work, but also means a high financial effort. The total costs of the event are above 1000€ per participant. This amount is the composition of the cost for accommodation, meals, speakers, project-support-program and so on.
With the support of our partners (especially the German Environmental Foundation) we are able to cover nearly 80% of these total costs so that you as a participant do not need to be able to meet them. But nonetheless we need to ask you for a small contribution and the amount depends on the date of your application (see above).
Early Bird Tickets can be reserved between the 1st and the 31st of May. A confirmation, if the application for an Early Bird Ticket was successful, will be send out on the 3rd of June. This time span is important for reasons of equality to European Participants outside of Germany.
Solidarity:
With a payment above the normal fee you create the opportunity for people to participate that otherwise would not have the opportunity to take part in the conference. Therefore we have a solidarity fund which is fed by the amount you pay additionally to your regular fee. We would be happy to be able to invite a diverse as possible conference community with your help. Every amount helps. Thank you very much!

from the 15th of August onward: The whole fee will be charged.
